All genres and languages are accepted; films in languages other than English or Hindi require English subtitles. Student and professional entries are accepted. Submission requires the entry form, a non-refundable fee and film materials, including a preview link. Filmmakers are responsible for copyright clearance. Submitted films cannot be withdrawn; jury decisions are final.
