Fourth-place films receive diploma distinctions; special O!PLA distinctions and additional partner awards may also be presented.","Latest published regulations: 2026 edition. Competition entries are free and generally cover animated films completed in 2024–2025, made in Poland or abroad by filmmakers of Polish origin, up to 30 minutes including credits. Mixed-technique films must contain at least 90% animation. The Outside Poland category accepts films from 2020–2025. A film may enter only one of the three competitions and one category. Adult filmmakers enter the Main Competition or Teraz Dzieci Mają Głos!; Teraz My! accepts filmmakers up to age 18, grouped by age at production. The children’s-audience competition accepts only one episode from a series. Rights holders submit through the official online form with a viewing link. Selected screening files must be MP4 or MOV; dialogue or text in languages other than Polish requires embedded Polish subtitles. The submission deadline for the 2026 edition is 31 December 2025.
