Eligible are character-driven animated short films, music videos and experimental work, including narrative, non-narrative, commissioned and student films; the typical length of selected films is 1 to 15 minutes. Each film is submitted as a Full HD QuickTime file via download link, together with the official entry form. A jury selects the films for the official screening programmes.
