Lights, Camera, CURE!

WE DO NOT ACCEPT FILMS FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA. YOU MUST BE A FEMALE FILMMAKER FROM CANADA TO QUALIFY FOR THIS FESTIVAL. Lights! Camera! CURE! (LCC) is a one night film festival and fundraising event in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, in support of the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation. LCC is organized under the umbrella of Vixens Victorious, a non-profit organization in Ottawa, started by long time friends Jennifer Mielke and Jennifer Mulligan. The festival will feature a selection of short films, with at least one from a local Ottawa filmmaker. Please note that all the films will showcase the talents of female filmmakers living and working in Canada. We would also like to have several of the filmmakers on hand to meet the guests and attend the main fundraising event.
