An annual international and itinerant short film festival on social issues topics by independent filmmakers. Welcome to our 10th short film topic contest. We are accepting short films in all genres addressing our 2021 theme, submissions will be judged by our panel of community and industry leaders. Event venue or online platform to be announced.
