The 2nd Annual Reel Independent Film Series #LOL Film Festival will take place August 18th at the Angelika Pop-Up Cinema in Washington, DC. The festival is the first genre specific off-shoot of the long running Reel Independent Film Extravaganza. The festival features the best independent comedy shorts and features and will be hosted by the hottest Washington Metropolitan Areas stand up comics. “More than a festival” – is an event created by filmmakers FOR filmmakers. The event strives to present the best of independent films in a variety of categories from around the world in an environment designed to provide unique opportunities for participants to interact with one another while networking with film professionals of the like.
