LOS ANGELES DRONE FILM FESTIVAL

The Los Angeles Drone Film Festival is the sister festival to the world’s first film festival exclusively dedicated to celebrating the art of drone cinematography The New York City Drone Film Festival. Winning films from any of the previous New York City Drone Film Festivals are ineligible for entry in the Los Angeles Drone Film Festival. The LADFF provides a platform for aerial filmmakers to showcase their work (shot anywhere in the world), emphasizing innovative flight technique, aesthetic beauty, compelling stories and more. The LADFF program is hand selected by a jury made up of Hollywoods professionals creative, media and technical professionals as well as established drone cinematographers. Festival selections will be announced on or around Sept 1, 2017. All entrants will be posted at www.nycdronefilmfestival.com and notified by email. If selected, exhibition format digital files will be requested from the filmmakers.
