The Latin American competition includes Peru. The Latin American animation prize includes a trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu, travel, accommodation and a public portfolio presentation; the other three awards are non-monetary. The competition accepts animation in traditional and experimental techniques, video art and experimental video from Latin America and the rest of the world. Individuals and groups may participate, without restrictions on age, education or profession, and may enter multiple works. Entries must be single-channel videos made within the preceding three years, with a maximum running time of 15 minutes including credits; a premiere is not required. Text or dialogue in languages other than Spanish or English requires subtitles in at least one of those languages, preferably both. Online screeners may be password-protected. Selected works supply a high-quality MOV or MP4 file. Submitted works fall under the stated Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.5 conditions for reproduction, distribution and screening. An international jury considers originality, conceptual and aesthetic development, innovative audiovisual language and technical quality. Jury decisions are final; selected works may join international exchanges and special curatorial programmes. The 2019 entry is free of submission fees.","https://www.festivalvideobabel.org/",[40,44,47,51
"Email","festivalvideobabel@gmail.com","Festival coordination: Vera Tyuleneva
"Phone","+51 984604731
"Website","https://www.facebook.com/FestivalVideoBabel","Official Facebook
"https://videobabel.net/","VideoBabel film and video platform",1792189880]
