The Minute International Short Film Festival is initiated by eyepetizer. Focusing on short films up to 60 minutes in length, entries may be presented via mobile, small screen, streaming media and video websites.

OBJECTIVES:
✺ Focus on the embodiment of art in the creation and dissemination of short films, and explore new directions in the creation of video art
✺ Explore the impact of technological changes on video creation, presenting the creativity and aesthetics that integrate technology and art
✺ Tapping the power of innovation and supporting young creators
✺ Encourage cultural exchange between China and abroad through global calls for short films and diversified members of Art Committee, and lead the industry to re-explore and rethink the value of short films
✺ Promote the establishment of industry standards and judging systems to form a sustainable short film ecology.
The maximum length of submission is 60 minutes (including credits). Eligible for the competitive sections are:
✺ Fiction: short films with subjective narrative purposes and fictional plots, including drama and animation films
✺ Non-fiction: short documentary films
✺ Video Art: including experimental short film
