Mirvac WA Short Film Festival

Aspiring filmmakers will be given the chance to shine at the first ever Mirvac Short Film Festival, brought to you in partnership with Coast FM. Create a short film themed ‘My Story, My Place’ and you’ll go in the running to win some amazing prizes; all films will be viewable online plus you’ll get to watch the 12 finalists on the big-screen on Thursday 15 of January at the Quarry Adventure Park Amphitheatre. Entries open: Saturday, November 1st 2014. Entries close: Friday, December 19th 2014. To enter, simply upload your video online (YouTube, Vimeo etc.) and head on over to www.mirvacshortfilmfestival.com to complete the online entry form. Finalists will be announced Christmas Eve online. Theme: My Story, My Place. The competition will consist of two categories; •Films 5 minutes and under; or •Films between 5-15 minutes. Judging and prizes will be awarded based on age; •Under 18 years; and •18 years and over.
