Masters of Cinema

About MOC Masters of Cinema - International Festival for independent creators based in Russia with an aim to find professionals in different forms of Art and present them through the world and our audience. We honor such masters as Tarkovsky, Scorsese, Spielberg and etc., and believe that time has come for the new wave of icons of cinema. Here at MOC, we're building international relationships with independent filmmakers from all over the world. Every work is judged by a group of professionals from the Russian film industry. MOC has a monthly structure with yearly screenings in the capital of Russia Moscow in 'Boulevard' Cinema. Every year we're selecting 50 works that will run in our program and 3 creators that will have the opportunity to join and work with a crew of Russian professional filmmakers.
