My Mind On Film (MMOF) is a youth mental health short film festival based in Malaysia. The first of its kind, this festival is all about inspiration, expression, understanding and stigma reduction with a focus on the Malaysian context.
The 2nd season of the MMOF festival, themed Heart and Mind, will be accepting submissions from filmmakers around the world (see sidebar for submission categories). Film submissions are open between October 10th until December 10th, 2021.

**Submissions fee applied: MMOF2021 has a small submission fee of RM30 (RM15 for students) for International Young Adults categories. But we don’t want this to get in the way of anyone’s participation in the festival so, if you can’t afford the submission fee, drop us an email with subject line ‘Fee Waiver Request’ and we’ll send you a fee waiver code with no questions asked.

The Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing (CMHW) is a collaboration between HELP University and the Malaysian Mental Health Association started in 2020 to support mental health and wellbeing through research, training and education.

The My Mind On Film (MMOF) festival is a youth mental health short film festival based in Malaysia. This project is central to the Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing’s commitment to engaging with young people, hearing their voices and working together for progress.
It combines the emphases on inspiration, expression, understanding and stigma reduction with a focus on the local Malaysian context.
This festival is first of its kind in Malaysia and has the following objectives:

• Recognise that mental health is universal, changeable, and includes the positive
• Break down stigma
