NEOS Fest

NEOSFest welcomes the exploration of new audiovisual realization methods from young and independent voices, that in their practice blur the preponderant cinematographic production and open a debate about the different societies and contexts within which the works are created. We hope to create a space that converges aesthetics and narratives of audiovisual productions that transverse the political, poetic and social realms of today's cinema. To do so, we gather and confront counterhegmonic ways of counting, representing and/or perceiving the realities of the world in which we live. NEOSFest acoge la exploración de neuvos métodos de realización audiovisual de voces jóvenes e independientes, que en su práctica desdibujan la producción cinematográfica preponderante mostrando y abriendo un debate de las diferentes sociedades y contextos en las que se crean las obras. Esperamos construir un espacio de convergencia en el cual los desarrollos estéticos y narrativos de las producciones audiovisuales atraviesen ámbitos políticos, poeéticos y sociales que cuestionan el cine de hoy. Reuniendo y confrontando formas contrahegemónicas de contar, representar y/o percibir las realidades del mundo en el cual vivimos.
