The New Holland Island International Debut Film Festival aims to become the main platform for debut cinema in Russia. Our goal is to introduce the diversity of practices by aspiring filmmakers to the audience and create a professional space for independent directors, writers, and producers who are looking for an opportunity to implement bold and unusual creative ideas. The festival is organised by the team behind the New Holland: Cultural Urbanization project.
