Outflix Film Festival is an international LGBTQ film festival whose mission is to cinematically showcase and celebrate the rich diversity of artistic, cultural and intellectual achievements present within the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender community, their friends and allies. NOTE: All films submitted must be LGBTQ in nature and theme. Films that are not LGBT-related will be disqualified. Universal themes must be approached from an LGBTQ perspective. NOTE: All submissions must have a complete synopsis and specifications. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
