International Film Festival's Young Directors "Peresmeshnik" - annual cultural event of the Republic of Belarus. The festival is supported by the Belarusian Union of Cinematographers and approved by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus. The organizers invite stage directors under 21 to take part in the festival. The 10 best films will be selected for the competition program of the festival. The festival will feature works by domestic and foreign directors under 21 years old, recognized as the best by the selection committee and the jury, and then the winners will be selected together with the audience. The festival will be held in the "Silver Screen" on the days of the Minsk International Short Film Festival "Kinosmena"
