The Phenicien International Film Festival's mission is to celebrate the motion picture and provide a platform for filmmakers to have their work awarded and screened. The Phenicien International Film Festival is an Independent film festival with live screenings in Lyon "France" The PIFF offers more than just an award , our festival offers the possibility for your work to be screened in the city where cinema was born, the City of “Les frères Lumière”. For cinema-lovers, this is where it all began, as the Cinematographe was born rue du Premier-Film, in the heart of Lyon. Furthermore, thanks to our partnerships, the rewarded films will be seen in Beirut, Lebanon in the hopes of to promoting cinema in the middle-east.
