Pile of Bones Underground Film Festival

The Pile of Bones Underground Film Festival celebrates the best of independent underground short film from Canada and beyond! We proudly celebrate bizarre and inventive creations, and love introducing new audiences to undiscovered underground films. (Check out our state-of-the-art website for lists of past films.) Films that have premiered at our fest have been invited to screen at our sister festival Videodrunk, as well as at other film festivals across the world, picking up awards and accolades along the way. We are looking for obscure, exceptional films that are underappreciated and uniquely different. We accept independent films of any genre which are less than 30 minutes in length.
