Portsmouth Shorts::Cut Film Festival

The Local Short film festival, called Shorts::Cut, began in 2005 screening of short films as part of the first Portsmouth Film Festival, then called Portsmouth Screen. Portsmouth Film Society adopted Shorts::Cut 8 years ago and Portsmouth Film Society organises screenings in Portsmouth and Southsea, of short films by regional filmmakers.
