This family friendly fun filled festival invites children of ALL ages to submit their best work. This festival is dedicated to the most loving, most charismatic individuals ever to grace the earth with their presence: OUR PETS! We will showcase the world's best films, scripts, short stories, pet calendars, furry costumes, commercials, trailers, teasers, and photos in this one afternoon only celebration of our no leg to eight legged best friends. If you also have a great fantasy animal, such as a pet dragon, bigfoot, or talking chupacabra, this is also the place to share that fantastic tale. Join us for this amazing event, live from Hollywood California, on Hollywood Boulevard, at Dave and Buster's, next door to MANN'S CHINESE THEATER! OUR FESTIVAL IS THE ONLY FESTIVAL IN THE WORLD THAT FULLY PRODUCES SHORT FILMS INSPIRED BY WINNING WRITING SUBMISSIONS AND SHOWCASES THESE SHORT FILMS IN THE FESTIVAL AND GIVES THE WINNERS A COPY OF THEIR SHORT FILM AFTER THE FESTIVAL TO PROMOTE THEIR PET IN ANY WAY THEY SEE FIT. Our festival is also the only festival accompanied by a live radio show featuring the award winning scripts and films of our festival. If you have a project in our festival you are invited to call in and be a part of the show. Many industry professionals including producers, casting directors, and talent agents will be listening in, so make sure you and your work are with us. We will be performing a radio play featuring the best scenes from our festival submissions. OUR FESTIVAL ALSO FEATURES A GUIDED TOUR OF HOLLYWOOD'S HISTORIC WALK OF FAME AND MANN'S CHINESE THEATER COURTYARD! There is a live radio show, a film screening, a delicious meal, an awards show, and a night of video game fun in the state of art arcade / eatery Dave and Buster's on Hollywood Boulevard! So share your best pet tale true or fiction, dramatic, funny, or horrifying through film, writing, photos, and we will give you and your beast the wild untamed honor you both deserve!
