The Rock And Metal International Film Festival RAMIFF was created by a group of music enthusiasts that seek to promote and support the music and film industry in the United States and the rest of the world, creating a platform for showcasing and advocating extreme musical genres that have helped shape the identity of modern cultural movements. STORY BEHIND US: The creator of the festival is Pablo C. Vergara, a Metal musician and Filmmaker, whose film, NECROMURDER: A Black Metal Horror, won Best International Feature at the first edition of the International Metal and Film Festival - FICIME - Colombia (2019). ''I have lived my life as a Metalhead with a love for movies, releasing albums and shooting all kinds of Audiovisual pieces. After winning FICIME, I realized that metal is starting to gain popularity in film and that there are many out there who share these same passions and ideals. After relocating to Los Angeles, the capital of Film and Music in the US, I thought that creating a Film Festival about Metal and Rock music was just the next step! I'm eagerly awaiting all my brothers' and sisters' works from all over the world to help push them and promote them to bigger audiences!''
