To fix this we've created Vurchel. Here we are collecting all the independent cinema in one convenient place, where you can watch most of the films for free.

Most films are available online only 2-3 years after they have screened at festivals. It can be tough to track them down, but Vurchel makes it easy! Simply press the heart icon next to a film title, and we'll send you an email notification as soon as that film is available for online streaming!

The Rethink Dance Film Festival showcases artist in front of and behind the camera working to challenge the traditional structures of choreographic storytelling and artistic expression. Through art, the work of choreographers, dancers and filmmakers should inspire our communities to discover our shared humanity. Films submitted to the festival should reflect the beauty and synchronicity between the choreography of dance with the choreography of cinematography. Narrative films of any length are eligible, as well as documentary films that capture stories from and around the world of dance. New Categories for 2021: - Mobile Dance Films - Student Choreographers & Filmmakers
