It grew out of our passion to make fun and interesting films and videos. It is designed to be an annual event. We welcome your feedback If you have a questions you can send your email to risingstarfilmfestival@gmail.com Videos have to have been created in 2019 or 2020 to qualify. This festival is open to all international entries. If you make the Finalists you will be required to provide proof that your are or were registered as a student during 2019/20 academic year.
