A juried festival presentation and recognition of achievement in new works by high school and undergraduate students in Animation, Audio Production, Broadcasting, Documentary, Film, New Media, Television & Screenwriting ... with special categories for Club and Alumni Productions *THIS FESTIVAL EVENT IS SPECIFICALLY FOR ROWAN UNIVERSITY RADIO-TV-FILM STUDENTS (and ALUMNI in 1 category) and NEW JERSEY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS* Works not meeting these authorship/producing criteria will be disqualified. *HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS * should submit in the regular categories listed, and state that they are a high school student by checking the appropriate box when proceeding to the form submission.
