3rd Edition of SIFF is going to be held soon in Dec 2021 Saran International Film Festival is a festival which we have conceptualized to make this place a next cine destination in northern part of India. The land of Saran is a symbol of a rich cultural heritage and it is also the world’s oldest cultural and traditional place. People across the globe are always curious about this place; they want to know more about it. They always see Bihar & Chapra District what they have seen in other medium like on internet or tv but we want to project another view of SARAN through this platform SIFF.
