The 2nd annual Sarasota Native American Film Festival will take place from March 19th until March 28th, 2021. Due to Covid-19, this year’s event will be held online.
The program will showcase films that speak to the Native American/Indigenous Peoples experience in America and feature relevant panels, educational seminars, and live Q&As.
The festival is a collaborative project between the Sarasota Film Festival, a world-renowned 23-year-old film festival, and the Boxser Diversity Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion. We are also in partnership with educational and cultural organizations such as the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum of Seminole culture and history.
