The Opal Center for Arts and Education in Cottage Grove, Oregon announces a movie festival for students of all ages and call for submissions. Movies are limited to 30 minutes in length.
New media approaches are encouraged. Workshops during the four-day schedule will include using new media in the moviemaking process.
Submission deadline for this event is February 28, 2015 but early response is greatly appreciated.
