This film festival will be held in two cities, Shibuya, Tokyo and Sasebo, Nagasaki. *We want to make Shibuya, Tokyo and Sasebo, Nagasaki a short film town. *We aim to discover and nurture filmmakers and actors active in the world. We are looking for films, web series, and music videos of any theme or genre and we love projects that celebrate the triumph of the human spirit.
