SMR13 International Independent Film Festival

The festival will take place from 18 to 21 November 2021 to Manare Saint Mitre Les Remparts. A room dedicated to the show, with a total area of 1000m² which can accommodate 250 spectators. The festival will attempt to promote and reward an independent film budget to offset by a great creative imagination. No matter the subject, no matter how long, be it a feature film, short or super short, all movies can be selected and rewarded. Foreign films must be subtitled in French. The French films must be subtitled in English. This is a sine qua non condition.
