SSFF Spring Shorts Festival

The Shawna Shea Film Festival is pleased to announce a sister festival of shorts to be screened at Nick's in the very cool and hip Canal District of Worcester, Massachusetts. The film festival will take place on Saturday, May 16 at Nick's 124 Millbury Street, Worcester Massachusetts For more information: http://www.nicksworcester.com All proceeds to benefit the Shawna E. Shea Memorial Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity. The mission of the Shawna E. Shea Memorial Foundation Inc. is to support young people, especially women, in filmmaking, performance arts and other artistic and cultural endeavors through financial assistance, collaborative fellowships, mentoring and educational opportunities. The Shea Family established the Foundation in memory of Shawna, a creative and artistic young woman who lost her life too soon and we strive to sustain her legacy of encouraging young people who live in the margins of society and yet have dreams and aspirations in the fields of film and performance arts.
