The SUTTER CREEK INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (SCIFF) (formerly Velvet Rope Film Festival), is located 55 minutes east of Sacramento, CA and 2 hours east of San Francisco, and 1 hour and 40 minutes from the world famous, beautiful Lake Tahoe, full of world-class casinos and Las Vegas-style shows. But once in Sutter Creek, you'll never have to leave for excitement and adventure!
