The Black Film Summit

The Black Film Summit is a gathering of people who love film and want to celebrate black achievement in the cinematic arts. Simply put, we come together for the love of film and the culture. Filmmakers are encouraged to attend The Black Film Summit where you will have the opportunity to introduce your film and participate in a Q&A with the audience following your film's showing. The weekend activities will include an Opening Night Red Carpet Reception with beer and wine open bar with light hors d'oeuvres. During a midday break on day 2 of The Black Film Summit non-alcoholic beverages will be available along with various other snacks. You will have the opportunity to further network and participate in any potential panel discussions . As we prepare to say "See you next time," on the final day of The Black Film Summit there will be an Awards Banquet where two awards will be presented after the buffet dinner.
