DAFTAS

The DAFTAS is a short spoof film festival taking place in London. We celebrate the best short spoof of BAFTA-nominated films, shot in one day and on a shoestring budget. PLEASE BE ADVISED WE DON'T ACCEPT PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED WORKS. The DAFTAS is first of all a Film Challenge. Every year, award-winning comedians, writers, directors and production companies take on the challenge of creating the best and the most hilarious spoof. Judged by celebrated filmmakers, film critics, casting directors, the film challenge is a great platform to get noticed and gain more experience. All shortlisted films are shown at the awards ceremony attended by the representatives of press, casting directors, casting agents and VIP's. A fully refundable participation fee of £20 is collected upon registration. The fee will be refunded upon timely submission of all deliverables.
