Its list of editions goes back to 2016. Features over 40 minutes compete in narrative, documentary, experimental and horror categories; shorts of up to 40 minutes add LGBT, animation, AI and Latin American sections, and a separate award goes to a short screenplay. A selection jury chosen by the festival team picks finalists from online submissions, and the finalist lists and winners are published on the festival website.
