Based in Novi Sad, Serbia, the festival is organized by Mafin and dates back to 2015. Its selection is designed for screenings rather than video installations; works of any length are eligible, with preference given to films under 30 minutes. The Ex(YU)perimental submission category gives works from the former Yugoslavia a fee exemption, with selected films screened within the main programme categories. A two-member jury chooses winners by consensus and may award special mentions.
