Viewers are the festival’s jury, including children voting in age-specific programmes. Its three competitions cover films for adults, animation for young audiences, and films made by children and teenagers. Founded in 2013 by Piotr Kardas and organised by Animation Across Borders, the festival reaches smaller towns and villages as well as major cities. The main competition includes studio productions, student work, independent animation, experimental films and music videos.
