Its programme embraces hand-drawn, computer-generated and stop-motion work, alongside hybrid experiments, and connects international selections with the Pacific Northwest animation community. Film selection draws on an international jury of animators, festival alumni and other artists. The festival dates back to Sven Bonnichsen’s founding initiative in 2010, with its first event in 2011. Its final Northwest Animation Festival Farewell Show is dated 24 May 2019 at Portland’s Hollywood Theatre; the accompanying GLAS Animation programmes run separately on 25–26 May 2019.",[23,26,28,30,32
"2019",true
"2018
"2017
"2016
"2015",[],[36
"more",[39,40,41],12917,12354,13611,[39,40,41],[44,53,61
"black-tape-michelle-uri-kranot","Black Tape","An Israeli soldier and a Palestinian activist dance a tango that becomes entangled with…",3,"https://img.vurchel.com/films/_th600/black-tape-michelle-uri-kranot-vlu4nyub.webp?v=15f98eec",[51,52],"Michelle Kranot","Uri Kranot
"nothing-else-but-water-carlos-de-carvalho","Nothing Else But Water","In Lisbon during the age of maritime exploration, pig-like sailors return from a long…",5,"https://img.vurchel.com/films/_th600/nothing-else-but-water-carlos-de-carvalho-i9k89897.webp?v=d90c9337",[60],"Carlos De Carvalho
"poker-mizue-mirai","Poker","A baby bird travels through a world of shifting shapes and colours, transforming as…",4,"https://img.vurchel.com/films/_th600/poker-mizue-mirai-6bx4zaeb.webp?v=b5a847d3",[68,69],"Mirai Mizue","Yukie Nakauchi",[]]
