Pärtel Tall

Pärtel Tall (1977) is an Estonian animator and director. He graduated from the Tallinn Pedagogical University. He made the short animated films Carrot of the Theatre (Teatriporgand, 2006), Carrot at the Beach (Porgand suvitab, 2008) and Sandguy (Liivamees, 2013). He works at Nukufilm animation studio.
