Julia Ocker

Julia Ocker is a German animated film director , designer and author.
After graduating from high school, Julia Ocker studied visual communication at the Pforzheim University from 2003 to 2005 , after which she studied animation at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy . For her diploma she produced the short film Kellerkind , for which she was awarded the First Steps film prize in 2012. In 2013 she created the episode Zebra for the SWR children's show Ich kenne ein Tier , from which the animated series Anianimals developed, for which Julia Ocker was awarded the Grimme Prize in 2019.
