Joel Sarakula

Joel Sarakula is an Australian-British musician who writes, produces and sings soulful indie pop songs. He was born in Sydney and now lives in London. Songs from his debut UK album, The Golden Age, were in constant rotation on British radio stations BBC Radio 2, BBC 6, BBC London, XFM, Q Radio and Absolute Music, as well as radio stations in other countries. Joel Sarakula is a regular at festivals and club events in the UK, Europe and Australia, including appearances at the Scala, Latitude, The Great Escape and the Reeperbahn festival in Hamburg.
