Born on January 14, 1963, in Tomsk-7.
Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1990, defended her Candidate of Sciences (Ph.D.) dissertation on "The Political Philosophy of Hannah Arendt" (specialization: History of Philosophy). In 2009, completed the EURODOC training program.
Taught political science at Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2013, conducted the course "Festival Marketing" at the McGuffin Film School. In 2014-2015, together with Elena Yatsura, ran a producer’s lab as part of the Kultbyuro educational center. Since 2015, has been a lecturer at the Moscow School of New Cinema.
Held the position of Deputy General Director at the Propaganda Center for Communication Technologies. From 2001 to 2005, worked as Press Secretary for the Presidential Economic Advisor A. Illarionov. From 2005 to 2012, served as Managing Partner of the Salvador-D company. Founder and CEO of the film production company Vita Aktiva since 2005.
