Gerardo Coello Escalante

Gerardo Coello Escalante is a Film Director and Producer from Mexico City, based in New York. Gerardo was named one of the 2018 Sundance Ignite Fellows for his short film "La Visita" which centers on a Mexican undocumented woman in New York City. His short films have been awarded prizes and have played at festivals around the world.
