Cecilia Delgado
Cecilia Delgado is a Venezuelan and Brazilian filmmaker and a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Her short film YOUNG MOM premiered at the Salerno International Film Festival.
As an editor, her work has screened at festivals worldwide including Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, Slamdance, Adelaide FF, and BFI London, and gone on to be distributed by HBO, STARZ, AmazonPrime, and TOPIC. She has edited content for Planned Parenthood, The New Yorker, and David Zwirner Gallery.
Cecilia gravitates toward stories that shed light on important social issues and feature characters less often seen on the screen. At a time when there is an abundance of content, she hopes to continue being a part of projects that strive to make an impact through well-crafted storytelling.
