Kirsten Bode

Kirsten Bode grew up in a metal trailer in the high desert of Reno, Nevada. Her ambitious spirit awoke early. With little communal support for her art, she became a hair stylist at a downtown strip club, worked as a daycare nanny, and pushed herself through decades of art for hire on film sets, eventually becoming an international film director.
