Nienke Korthof

Nienke graduated as Master of Fine Arts from AKV St. Joost in 2008. From 2005 she worked as a producer, curator, programmer of various music, film and art festivals. From 2012 to 2015, she worked as an executive producer at Zuidenwind Filmprodukties. In 2015, she and Willem Baptist founded Tangerine Tree, a production house specializing in creative, author-driven documentaries. Their most recent project Shabu (2021) won the award for Best Youth Documentary at IDFA 2021.
