Charalambos Margaritis

Charalambos Margaritis is a Cypriot visual artist specializing in animated films, printmaking, comics, drawing and painting. He is a graduate of the National Superior School of Fine Arts of Paris.
He is one of the founders of Kimonos Art Center in Paphos, Cyprus, where he currently resides and works. He is also the founder and artistic director of the international animation festival The Animattikon Project which takes place annually in Paphos.
He is a member of the special teaching staff of the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts of the Cyprus University of Technology, where he teaches animation and art history, while conducting his doctoral research on experimental techniques in animated storytelling.
