Rune Callewaert

Rune Callewaert is a master student of animation at KASK Ghent, Belgium. He specializes in stop motion animation, for which he always designs and builds his own puppets and decors. He often tries to achieve an absurd and dark, but also humorous atmosphere in his films. Themes surrounding art history, poetry, absurdism and classical music are featured frequently in his work.
