Jake Pascoe

Jake Pascoe is a writer and filmmaker based in Vancouver, BC. On his filmmaker side he makes narrative films and music videos. On his writing side he has published short stories, essays, and book reviews.
He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2018 with a BFA in Film Production and a Minor in Literature. Since then, he has been in VIFF's Catalyst Program and had his work shown in festivals across the country and his writing published in magazines distributed all over North America. He is now pursuing his MA in Cinema Studies at UBC.
