Santiago Maza Stern
An alumnus of the Berlinale Talent Campus and FICG’s Doculab, he won twice FONCA’s National System of Young Art Creators grant as well as subsidies by IMCINE and FOCINE.
His debut feature ‘The Thunder Feast’ was selected by fifteen film festivals and won best documentary at SDLFF, in addition to various honorary mentions. His successive feature, ‘El Baby’ was released on Claro Video; while the doc series ‘Duda Razonable’, which he co-directed, is a Netflix original. His third documentary feature premiered last year on Ambulante.
He is the current director of the documentary department at La Corriente del Golfo.
