Emese Pálovics

From a very young age, I was brought up with aesthetics and different artistic trends, and I have always been interested in the world of visual arts and film.

In 2017, I started my studies at the Budapest Metropolitan University of Media Design, where I got acquainted with media art and different fields of applied art. Now I am pursuing my Master's degree in Animation at MOME, where I am working on finding my voice as an animation director.

I have worked on concert visuals, as a graphic designer, in social media and as a video editor. Currently I am a graphic and multimedia designer at Bosch Hungary. In the future I would like to work as an employed artist and on independent art projects and animations keeping up a healthy balance between the two.

My first own work is the Bad Trip project, an experimental dome projection/immersive installation. I mixed different media, as I like to experiment with distorted visuals, mixing real and unreal looks. I used 2d and 3d animation, and AI software. The project was supported by the National Cultural Fund of Hungary.
